Wasn’t exactly what you were looking for? No worries! If you're not in love with any of your items, we'll gladly exchange or refund them for you.
Our official return window is 30 days, but if you totally forgot to ship back that awesome pair of breeches that didn't fit, just let us know! As the seasons change and items are updated, you might just receive store credit instead of a refund to your payment method. THE NITTY GRITTY & PACKING TIPS
- Save the original packaging until you're positive you're keeping the items you ordered. You can use the same box and packing materials to send it back to us.
- Make sure to cover up or remove any old labels on the box.
- We're not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so purchase tracking and insurance if you're sending back something expensive.
- Items that have their own boxes (like boots and helmets) still need an outer box. Never ship a boot box as a package - they are not sturdy enough to safely withstand shipping and we can't sell a box with someone's stickers all over it!
- We think all of our products are pretty awesome and we’re happy to take them back. However, some are a little more special than others, so they have their own returns process: Custom items, Trial Bits and undergarments. All returned items for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached. We can't accept worn and washed breeches for return, sorry!
- Because we cannot resell products with damaged packages, we will charge a minimum 20% restocking fee for any items sent back without their display box, with a damaged display box or with wear on the product. Us horse people don't always follow all the rules, so occasionally we do get something back that's been used, in that event you will be notified and a store credit for 40% of the item's original purchase value will be issued at our discretion. You can also opt to ship the item back to you.
- Clearance items are sold at crazy discounted prices and are final sale. Should you miss this detail and return a final sale item, we'll issue you a store credit or send the item back to you at our discretion.
